Samurai Business School Graduation ?

Any Japanese speakers here who care to share some insight?

Not sure if this is really graduation ceremony of a business school, but I do know that some Jap corps really send their managers to some business boot camp to train their discipline in the way of Bushido. In those few weeks or even months they are to live in the live under strict discipline of samurai. I guess that's the spirit that enable the Japaneses to endure all the economic hardships.

BTW, some do a statistics and discover that there is one such "business school" that educates most successful businessmen in the world: the West Point Military Academy.

(I am not a Japanese, I am a Chinese so I dont really understand the dialogue of the video)
