Sorry QuantaCat, but I won't be able to accommodate people that week. Hope you find someone.
RPS SOCIAL CLUB LONDON, this Saturday!
Everyone welcome. The Blue Posts, Rupert Street, Soho from 8pm.
I guess that as its that time of year for the hallowing of ween, we should probably have a theme of some sorts. I know that I'm not one for fancy dress or the like so I won't suggest that, but how about spooky games? If we try to get a good selection of spooky board or party games to play, how would that be? Whether you bring along a game you already have, or invent your own to play with people, it could be fun to try. Myself and Andy have been working out some good old post-apocalyptic back-stabbing survival game and a stuff like that. It may not work but let's try gamify stuff.

I'll probably be aiming for around 7ish or so, but that is flexible.

Great to see folks last night, hope you all had a good time.
Just a heads up that due to a double booking, November's social has been moved to the Friday: Friday 29th November. Same place though.

I had a good night, and my girlfriend was only a little bit overwhelmed by all of the videogame chatter. Much fun, especially watching Annie's face when she looked at her Resistance card and couldn't keep a straight face.

Just a reminder that this month's social is on Friday. Our usual Saturday night was double booked and the other party weren't able to rearrange so Michael (pub manager, he's lovely so say thanks to him for being ace!) asked if we'd mind moving. Sorry if the move is a problem for anyone.

I'm going to bring some games along to play tonight. If any one else wants to too, please do.

Had a great time the other day, sorry if I talked to much due to my heavy inebriation from the after work drinks prior.

Just thought I should mention that I've not scheduled any proper social for tomorrow, because of Christmas fidgy-widgy-ness and the weather making the whole of the country slow and annoying. The Blue Posts is open though and so if anyone wants to meet up there tomorrow as usual, go ahead.
Shall I ask Michael, at the pub, if we can book ahead and carry on the fine tradition of the RPS London Social in 2014? Will people want to come still?

I'll be visiting some relatives in London later this month (I live on the other side of Europe), so I just wanted to check if there'll be any gatherings between the 24th and 31st of January? ^ ^

I'm going to try and book the room we usually take in The Blue Posts for the last Saturday of each month, our usual night. So hopefully the 25th of January. I'll let everyone know if that date is ok, otherwise I'll try to get some other date towards the end of the month.

I've booked the room upstairs at The Blue Posts for the last Saturday of each month this year. So we're on for good times with the RPS Social all year! Huzzah!
So the dates are:
I didn't bother booking the 27th December because of Christmas being so close and nobody turning up. So see you all on the 25th January right? All welcome. Bring games if you like. Bring other people if you like (try to ask them first, otherwise it could be awkward). Most of all, bring your good selves, because you're all ace.

Its that time again to ask who's coming along to the social on Saturday. Same place as usually, hopefully better weather than it has been too, but I wasn't able to book ahead with the weather. Sorry. You should all come though, its always better with loads of people. Bring games if you like, but bringing your good selves is most important.

Haven't been down for awhile but I'll try and trundle down this weekend. Shall bring King of Tokyo and Avalon.

I may turn up with Cosmic Encounter if weekend laziness doesn't kill me first.
