Your favorite TF2 servers!

Hello.

I know that there are some RPS TF2 steam group going on sometimes, but in the meantime I'd like to play on fun, friendly servers, which are kinda hard to find :) I'm tired of the noobish and laggy Valve servers although I only try to play on vanilla servers (not like Skial or Nighteam horrid servers for instance).
So if any of you knows a good, friendly, and not-so-noobish server, I'd be really grateful. Or you can also share your favorite servers for everybody to check out!
