But you paid for the original bundle. Given that a key for both bundles was sold and the bundle 3 includes bundle 2, it is safe to assume that they expected that two people got the humble bundle 2 to play.
Also, imho people taking the gifts here normally do not pirate games (why would they need gifts) and i believe that most developers enjoy visibility among non-pirating players.
