Dawn of Fantasy key here too. Looks interesting, but my netbook wouldn't be able to run something so pretty looking, and it's still months until I'm back home with my real laptop.

And that Bloodline Champions pack is still available. I know nothing about the game, so maybe nobody plays it? The pack is valued at $40 for 4 items, so I'm guessing it's way too overpriced for a MOBA.

Oh, I missed that. I'd like me one of those BLC Champions pack, and just to set things straight, I think it's a touch unfair calling it a MOBA. I see how it could look like one and sure they share quite much, except without the aggro, without the thousands minutes buildup to some enraging action. It's actually an amazingly nice and tightly made realtime strategic extremely team-based deathmatch, sort of thing, I warmly suggest to everyone with even a passing interest for all the above to try it.

Community, also in a very non-moba way is kind of generally pretty decent (well, 'generally' is the keyword here).

I found Bloodlines to be massively confusing. I pretty much ran around like a beheaded chicken missing skillshots and getting smacked around by enemies I truly did not understand. The unlock system was a massive grind, too.

Well, there's the problem for newbies, that the matchmaking can sometimes be a bit dodgy, especially late at night, so maybe you were playing with people way better than you, and in that game, no chance then. About unlocks, I dunno what you refer to, but none of the extra stuff is too extremely important, and yes, buying bloodlines will require quite much saving up, but then once you got one you can happily play forever with that (or with whichever is free at the moment).

But yes, it's a very actiony tactical game, so makes sense you'll find yourself at a loss at the beginning, but dunno, suppose say, even tf2 would be somewhat similar for someone who plays it first time.

Honestly, I read enough about the game to know I couldn't be bothered trying it out, and it sounded MOBA-ish to me.
