I've just noticed that I've got several 3-day-guest-passes for Monday Night Combat and Counter Strike: Source.

Those day passes are interesting things. I suppose its needed as you cant limit online experiance the same way as with singleplayer.
Pity I have an insanely low download limit. I tend not to get any game thats over 40mb big. Just curious, do you get them from purchasing the game itself, or with other games?
Monday Night Combet came with a free 3-day pass. I seem to recall Killing Floor did too when I bought it last year. It makes sense for the online-only games, a demo of the full game, and once the 3 days are up you've already downloaded it and started building some experience and points. I'd imagine we'll see more of it - like the big name games with a SP campaign giving a time-limited demo of the MP content to suck in the punters.

Don't want to sound like a dick, but is this really the right place to give out guest passes? Sure it's kind but I don't think this thread was intended for it.
I don't see a problem with guest passes. They're still a free thing.
