Quantangled - a mad-science action adventure!
I'm working on Quantangled, a mad science platform adventure game*.
The basic idea is that your phone can scan things and quantum-project them elsewhere.
There will also be multiple dimensions, and possibly teleportation and cloning.
Here's an old concept video:
Don't worry, those annoying pink things are gonna go! :)
Support would be greatly appreciated, there should be some new video available soon, I hope to have some kind of playable demo available soon and I'm hoping for a release in late 2013.
(I'm never putting a speculative release date in a video again!)

(*Because there aren't enough mad science platform adventure games!**)
(**(No, there are not!))

I've not made much new artwork recently so don't have a lot more to show right now, but hope to have a new dev video fairly soon showing recent progress. I've spent a lot of time this year working on the general design and coming up with a few puzzles, as well as core code and boring stuff (menus / options, etc).
Other cooler things I've worked on include cogs, water and buoyancy (although I'm trying not to turn it into a physics puzzler!), strange matter demons, sound effects and background music. And a 20 foot-long insect grub.
In the mean time, here's a picture of Toby looking lost:

I've just uploaded a quick video of a hyperspace effect I've been working on, as it's only visible for a split-second in the game when you slide between dimensions. Maybe I'll find somewhere in the game where it can be visible for longer...
I was experimenting with the camera apparently plunging down one of those worm-hole helixes but it was a bit too noisy and manic (a bit like me, sometimes!) :)

Recently tweaked animation / spritework:
I'm currently building the first level and puzzles so hopefully I'll have a more exciting video of that soon.
