What 2 games, if you could, would you combine to make 1 awesome game?
Minecraft x Skyrim - would probably be my first choice.
X3:Terran Conflict x Eve Online - would be my second choice.

Splinter cell and GTA. Open world stealth game, with cars and shit, oooooomgggggggg!!!!!!
... I take the lives of a few to protect the lives of many. I commit acts of war to preserve the greater peace. I take no joy in killing, but make no mistake; I'll do what needs to be done. Because it's my job. It's my duty. My name is Sam Fisher, and I am a Splinter Cell.
"Mount & Blade" and "Crusader Kings" (with a visit to "Total War" between the two). With a design document heavily influenced by German Fechtbücher, a little taste of "Dark Souls" or "Die by the Sword" combat, and that slow-combat-down-to-make-choices-and-decisions mechanic from the GoT RPG.
Hate to say it but Battlefield 3 and Planetside 2.
I love the open world of Planetside 2, and the shooting/ destruction of Battlefield 3 is mechanically really tight. Would be great to have the big battles of PS2 with the gameplay of BF3.
I spew words about Videogames, SEO and general geekery at Jaketucker.com
oh! just thought of another one...
The Legend of Zelda x Dark Souls = Fucking Amazing!!!!!

Steam: Gundato
PSN: Gundato
If you want me on either service, I suggest PMing me here first to let me know who you are.
Dwarf Fortress and Homeworld: Massive simulation with crazy detail but set in space (space station/ship instead of a fort or something) with amazing visuals and sound direction.

Football Manager and XCom.
Tactical mode of XCom, but the Strategic layer is more like FM, you can petition the council for things, you have to recruit and hire rookies, you have to work the relationships between the soldiers, manage their pay and benefits, keep the interceptors maintained... basically put decisions everywhere in the strategic layer, on the tactical layer there should be way more variables... did you tell your Assault to oil his gun before the mission? Did your sniper remember to target practice this week? Is your heavy depressed and needs to bring a friend?
Football Manager and Blood Bowl
Football Manager and Elder Scrolls
Elder Scrolls and Depths of Peril
Irrelevant on further examination of the rest of the thread.

Some kind of strategic economic builder, tropico/dungeon keeperfor example and a shooter like hostile waters/carrier command or battlefield/Planetside.
Build a base considering efficency and logistics and fight over it considering defence and vulnerability.
I'm failing to writing a blog, specifically about playing games the wrong way

Spore and Minecraft. Or Spore and Minecraft and Civilization and Space Rangers with an NWN style mission editor expansion. Spore was really ambitious and I want an improved Spore with gameplay in the hundreds of hours.
ever since i played Dark Souls i've always thought how sweet it would be if nintendo let the Dark Souls devs, From Softwars(i think thats who did it), have a crack at making a Zelda game. with the whole fighting mechanics and the dark theme, and the dungeons and puzzles and open-world of zelda(i know Dark Souls is kind of an open world). it'd be fantastic.
Dead Island x Borderlands 2. yes...please. the sweet loot/guns for BL2 and the awesome melee from Dead Island, how bout that?

WoW + DAoC PvP. (At some point I will give GW2 a try time permitting, which seems the closest thing)
Mount and Blade/Total War + Gratuitous Space Battle.. You start the battle from the commander perspective, setting the general strategy and plan for the battle. Then you play it out Mount and Blade style.
I would buy into a Splinter Cell + GTA. Do Miami. Plays out like you are Michael of Burn Notice. Win!
Easy. Skyrim x The Witcher 2. A huge open world to adventure in with a massive amount of content, but with the attention to detail, depth and story of CD Projekt. Combat would come from the Witcher too, but with a larger amount of customization and item slots & spells.
Alpha Protocol and Hitman: Blood Money
AP's branching storyline with multiple decisions and unique outcomes coupled with Hitman's stellar gameplay and freeform levels. The perfect game.
