Not really, Watch Dogs is too modern day, with new tech rather than really futuristic.

I'm hoping Star Citizen jump starts Space sims/games. it's definitely got mainstream appeal with those pretty visuals.
Maybe the best one i've thought of yet....

it would have the gameplay and physics from The Force Unleashed mixed with the story, rpg elements, leveling, powers, conversations trees from KOTOR. best Star Wars game ever...and maybe throw in some flight sequences from X-Wing.
