The gods have decreed I be destroyed. I don't think I'll survive this, but I'd appreciate it if whoever played that event card PMs me after I die so I can yell expletives at them.
It was me.

You were holding on to that since before you were excommunicated? You have too many sleeves and too many tricks.
Ah, brought low by spectacularly bad luck, that's what I get for surviving so long on life support, I will die in the following few turns, the question is to whom.

Is it monsoon season again? I wonder what will happen this time.
I made it about 1/3 chance of a kill by rough calculation. 72% chance to win the level roll, then +melee would've been guaranteed kill or +ranged and good black lightning rolls.

You should pay more attention to artifact descriptions.
Wheel? only doubles vs structures.
Yu shuld reed moar gudder. The Wheel of the Broken
Type: Artifact
Level: 4
Wall Ram: Melee damage against enemy Places of Power is doubled
Melee +5: Add +5 to melee attribute
No Fly: The legion possessing this artifact may not fly
Description
Cudgel their limbs and then lace them to the wheel’s edge. When their feeling has left, put the cudgel to their midsections, but don’t take their lungs. Push the wheel forward and let it catch our foe in its turn. May the howl of these wicked fools sap our enemy’s desire for fight. --Transcription of an order given by Warlord Fliius who commanded Accursed Company during the battle of Phlegethon Crossing
edit: ah the banner true dat
Anyway, grats on the kill... now...who gets to keep my hq?

Now I'm going to be paranoid about starting any more praetor battles.
I hate preator battles, but all I've been doing is super charging my praetors in case I get stuck in one again.
Poor Rinox, with the Beast right next to his stronghold. Still on the bright side carnage, no more praetor battles to worry about.
Oh crap.
Shoo carnage, shoo!
I was wondering how that turn would end up.. either me or brawndo were going down (as I tried to frame him).. either way I assume myself and 1 other will be dead soon. Leaving Tikey fairly safe. Mainly because he amused me with his early tactics.
basically 3 people sent challenges my way, and I decided to change the pace, as I didnt want to deal with praetor fights.

You may take my stronghold, but you'll never take my pride!!
I did not know the same event could happen more then once a game. Good to know, and that random monsoon someone played might have me survive another turn :)
