Any tips on how to run the game with a decent framerate? I just can't play it on my relatively new PC. I have vague memories on how it ran better two year ago on Core 2 Duo and Nvidia GPU.

Well first of all,you need to patch up the game to the latest patch. Without that don't expect good framerate. I can basically run GTA4 at 1680x1050,textures on medium,everything else on highest,car limit draw distance and that shit is on 45-50,and i get good framerate.

GTA5 is just another GTA. done to death so many times.
Watch dogs will be better in every way but in mainstream media GTA has big name and is popular franchise so it will overshadow Watch dogs while being inferior game. atleast watch dogs bringing something new. GTA5 is same game like 20 other GTA games
