Well, I'm ashamed to say that I just rage quit, for the first time ever, from my game against Janek. I was expecting a tough but winnable game, but after turn four I'd used my apothecary (dead to MNG on a wardancer) had zero TRR, was one TD down (after Janek's opening blitz), a KO (on the other wardancer), and multiple badly hurts (including two catchers). I think I'd managed to get two knock downs (one a stun). I'd just failed a 2+ pick-up and then failed a 2+ catch, then quit after another death (a prone lineman getting crowdsurfed, no less).
Anyway, Janek was understanding (thanks!) but I feel bad about bailing out anyway. I did offer a rematch in case he actually wanted a proper game, but he'd already validated.

In other news, despite losing my unbeaten record and getting beaten up by Everblue quite comprehensively, I have managed to obtain a second ST4 catcher. 10 Players at about 2000TV. The helfs go marching on (to their doom).

Next season I'll come back as chaos dwarves and have half a dozen deaths and stat injuries by week three, and you'll all say, "Well, what do you expect with that weak armour?"
