Ok, me and Zoraster played half a game, in which Zoraster had all the bad luck. After his last reroll was spent on getting a quadruple skull for the first block of his second drive and I used that to take possession of the ball for a likely 2-0 he opted for sleep instead and conceded the game.
I've marked up the next set of matches in the spreadsheet. Hugh and laneford, please end the round when you finish playing tomorrow. Feel free to start scheduling your next game for anytime after 1 pm tomorrow everyone.
PW, I'm playing you next and could go for tomorrow evening if that suits. Around 8 maybe?

The match between my goblins and drawlien's blodging wrackling amazon bastards came to a somewhat predictable result.
The amazons went 1-0 up in a first half in which they killed my chainsaw (RIP #7). Despite it all I very nearly equalised in the second half, stealing the ball deep in my own half and running it almost to the opposite end - if it hadn't been for all that Tackle I might have made it. Drawlien knocked the ball out of bounds before passing it a frankly stupid distance (damn AG 4 thrower) to the player who would run over the line to make it 2-0.
Good game, but it really highlighted how lacking my goblins are when they come up against players with skills. Problem with goblins is - that never seems to change! :(
(Thinking seriously about taking a season or two off from my goblins - temporary retirement if you like. Yet to settle on a good replacement though.)

Sketchseven: I'd say you'd want to be at least 1500 TV, but as close to 1700 as possible is good as that's the most you can join a new team with.
