When it comes to realistic racing games pc is the leading platoform by large.

Yeah, I don't really know why it's on the list.

You are right. Most people don't know any of the realistic racing games for the PC, so it is a good idea to list them.
One of the things that might have influenced this is how label-heavy the racing genre has become over the years. For every game you can think off, some people - no doubt fine folks in their regular day to day activity - have put in time and effort into proving it's either 'clearly the most realistic' or 'some console arcade dud'.
It seems the crowd of people interested in actually debating this have struck upon a new word a while ago: simcade! Which are, if I understand it correctly, games like NFS Shift or the Forza series. Some, meanwhile, claim that only those exclusively playing iRacing are worthy of calling themselves 'True Simracers' while yet others devote weeks to modding rFactor to make F1 cars 'properly' undriveable. Because that, they say, is realistic.
It's all a bit tiresome, but what can you do!

where are the space games?
Lookin' 4 Indie Bundles? We track 'em! http://steamcommunity.com/groups/IndieBundleTracker
I think you'll find waaay more space games on PC then on any console, or perhaps i'm just confused about the topic of the thread. Are we talking about genres which are under-represented relative to what's available elsewhere, or just underrepresented genres generally?
Here's some space games i can think of off the top of my head:
Freelancer, the X series, Independence War series, the X-wing series, Freespace series, the Wing Commnder series, Darkstar One, the Homeworld series, Nexus: The Jupiter Incident, the Star Wolves series, etc. etc. etc.
There's quite a lot actually.
What pc really lacks is hack'n slash games aka Ninja Gaiden/God Of War.

The God of War games were brilliant. Sadly I never got the chance to complete the trilogy because it meant spending a fortune on a PS3. Sadly there aren't too many hack and slashers on PC, with Darksiders 1 and 2 and Viking: Battle For ASgard being the few I can think of.
Can we count Severance:Blade Of Darkness as hack'n slash game ?

EDIT: There was one I'm not remembering right now that had something to do with vikings and Ragnarok, but I guess I can't remember it cause it sucked.

PC Specs: I have a big e-peen
With the MLB 2K series cancelled on PC, baseball is officially nonexistant on PC again. There are still a couple of sims, but we won't have another full baseball game for god knows how long.
Eh, it's a minority and a niche but still.
