Server lag leads to some rather interesting lighting. Yes, the map is stuck like that. Perhaps its time for an angry email to HGS.

You can only get rid of this weird lighting by restarting Minecraft... Relogging doesnt work.
That makes me believe its actually a bug.

Is anyone else having lag trouble?
Not as severe as I think others were getting, but I was on a little earlier this evening and was noticing some lag.
Elt, I was attempting to rework the gate at Spawn as part of the Central Hub redesign, but spawn protect prevented me. Could you see if you can get it to behave please? :)
Gerb, the Central Hub is in the room above the Market gate. They should be all ready for you to reassign nearby gates to that hub. Should be limited in distance to something like 500 from 0,0 as to avoid taking too many from the cardinal hubs. Should leave signs at those gates to let owners know where they connect to now.
DRose, you just need to temporarily move spawn.
Any word on when we are going to 1.7.3?

Ok, I succeeded with the gate, but spawn protect is no longer covering the large area it should. Always something. ;)

What I don't get about pistons is that if they push what, 12 blocks, why do they only pull 1? It's a real crippling of functionality. No piston lifts for you :(
