What games have you spent the most time in?
I was looking on Steam, and if you look at your gameslist in the community tab, they sort the games by how long you've played them.
Here's my top ten:
Fallout New Vegas at 268 hours over three playthroughs.
King's Bounty the Legend at 106
King's Bounty AP at 103
Just Cause 2 at 76
Dota 2 at 61
Space Pirates and Zombies at 57
Deus Ex HR at 54
Dredmore at 53.5
Blocks that Matter at 49
Orcs Must Die 43
My off steam games that probably kick the rest down a notch are:
Fallout 1/2/3, BGII (4 runthroughs), Torment (2 runthroughs), NWN 2 (a lot of runthroughs, maybe 7), Dota, and WoW
It's notable that I didn't pay over 10 for any of my most played games on Steam (which makes it hard to justify buying wii games).

Online games count right ?
CS 1.6 - over 500 hours.
BF 2 - over 250 hours + PR
TF 2 - 200 hours
Gothic 2 - 67 hours... I take the lives of a few to protect the lives of many. I commit acts of war to preserve the greater peace. I take no joy in killing, but make no mistake; I'll do what needs to be done. Because it's my job. It's my duty. My name is Sam Fisher, and I am a Splinter Cell.

Definitely Sim Life - I must have spent hundreds of hours in that as a kid - and Discworld MUD, although of course a lot of that was hanging out with friends rather than actively playing.
On Steam, my only play time worth mentioning is Dungeons of Dredmor at 65 hours, but as usual with Steam play times a lot of that was probably while I was AFK."Harry uses the One Ring to defeat Magneto and save the Rebellion!"
With thanks to RaveTurned in comments on the main page.

BF2... Easily 1k hours... Never was "very good" at it in that I was never a KDR farmer desperate to survive, more the odd squad leader who would try and organise Vodnik RPG artillery (4 Anti tank guys in the back of a vodnik) or desperately trying to run people over with the helicopter (136 according to my stats page... god I wish I could turn off my stats when i was just screwing around, but that only covers 190 hours worth, and I know I've played more.)I'm failing to writing a blog, specifically about playing games the wrong way

Resident Evil 3 - not sure exactly how much time I spent on this game, but I think I beat this game at least 30-40 times, so its like 80-100 hours of gameplay.
Gothic 2 + Expansion - similiar situation - a couple of full playthroughs, each ~20 hours long.
Minecraft - countless hours, but thank God I stopped playing it.
Dark Souls - 30+ hours, still not finished.
Left 4 Dead 2 - 46 hours.

On Steam my top five played games are:
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - 123 hours
Grand Theft Auto IV - 53 hours (I'm actually very surprised this is up there!)
Empire: Total War - 52 hours
Civilization V - 35 hours
Just Cause 2 - 30 hours
Outside of Steam, World of Warcraft and OpenTTD/TTD dwarf these by a ridiculous margin. I probably don't even want to know."He has anointed me to bring good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim release to
the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to let the oppressed go free". ~ Luke 4:18

According to Steam I've spent 620 hours on Team Fortress 2 and 298 hours on Left 4 Dead 2.
If we're only counting single-player games, Fallout: New Vegas is the grand winner with a total playtime of 148 hours.
I felt better about myself before looking this up.

Dota 2 - 517.3 hours
TF2 - 516 hours
Dungeon Defenders - 235.3 hours
Dark Souls Die Like a Bitch Edition - 98 hours
Killing Floor - 94 hours

Crusader Kings 2: 135 hours on Steam, but I mostly play outside of Steam. I'd guess about 400-500 hours in total.
Skyrim: 121 hours. Haven't gotten to High Hrothgar yet.
Mass Effect 2: 92 hours. Two playthroughs.
Witcher 2: 74 hours. Two playthroughs, haven't tried enhanced yet.
Terraria: 65 hours.
Alpha Protocol: 65 hours. Four playthroughs.
Batman Action Camel: 57 hours. One playthrough.
Those are the ones Steam puts at above 50 hours. For some reason, my hundreds of hours worth of Empire TW seem to have gone unnoticed. Rome has eaten about the same time, but is off Steam, as are countless others.
EDIT: forgot mandatory Batman meme.

TF2 - 247 Hours. If I'm right, when this came out Steam didn't record time? in that case it might be more.
Skyrim - 156 Hours. Kind of a lie, because my brother played with this too, so only about half of the time is actually mine.
Terraria - 81 Hours.
M&B Warband - 75 Hours.
Dungeons of Dredmor - 55 Hours.
The Witcher - 42 Hours.
FTL - 41 Hours.

HL1 and mods: Well over 3000 I'd say...
I'd say I probably averages more than 2 hours per day over 4 years...
That's with TF Classic, Firearms, Counter Strike, The Specialists etc.
Next it probably Guild Wars - probably around 500? Maybe more I don't really know. Probably more to be honest I played a lot of PvP.
After that its probably League of Legends I guess. Around 1000 games, so maybe 500 to 600 hours? Man, that crept up on me, that's ALOT!
Others no where near as much. About 70 into Oblivion, slightly less into Fallout 3.
That really points to the fact that I should not buy games anymore. I just play the same ones over and over. :)
I'd say I am more a game collector than a game player now...

Skyrim - 222 hours (Really? Sacrebleu.)
New Vegas - 160
Just Cause 2 - 160
Blacklight: Retribution - 131
Railroad Tycoon 2: 92
Deus Ex - 53
Chivalry: MW - 42
Grimrock - 41
I had a Steam account in 2004 for HL2, but didn't start using it for anything else until I had to. Sales converted me only a couple of years ago, so there's a lot missing from this list.

The game I've spent the most time on probably is Baldur's Gate II but if we're only counting Steam games then my top five is :
1 - NBA 2K franchise : 22 hours on 2K10, 318 hours on 2K11 and 173 hours on 2K12 for a grand total of 513 hours.
2 - Dragon Age Origins with 156 hours but it doesn't really count since most of it was for work.
3 - Dawn of War 2 : 39 hours on vanilla, 58 on Chaos Rising and 42 on Retribution for a total of 139 hours.
4 - Civ IV : 19 hours on vanilla and 78 on the xpac for a total of 97 hours.
5 - Mount & Blade Warband with 62 hours.
But that's only according to Steam, which also tells me that I've only spent 2 hours on Left4Dead and 4 hours on Team Fortress 2 when I've played both games to death and a grand 11 minutes on The Witcher which makes me oh so amazing since I've finished the game twice.
Steam also tells me that I've never played any Total War games ever, which is odd since I have them all and play them pretty regularly.

Steam tells me I put 171 hours in Skyrim. Borderlands and Fallout: New Vegas both have more playtime, but that's because my dad plays them on the same account. Hell, I reckon that of the 370 hours it displays, more than half of it is his. There's practically nothing else he plays.
Of my non-Steam games, I'm sure those 370 hours pale in comparison to the time I've spent in Minecraft. I don't know the actual number, but I feel like I've played it at least three times as long as Skyrim.
