Buying a new PC. Recommendations.

Hi, I'm considering buying a new PC. At first I thought of buying it piece by piece, but then I came around a website from my area that had these two on offer (sorry about it being in spanish, but reading just the column to the right you should get it just fine):

So what is your opinion on those two? Is it worth it to get the more expensive one? What parts would you change if you had the option?

This PC will be used with Windows 7 to play games, amongst other things.

Please, bring me your opinions.

GT 610? The first machine will blow up if you even start up Angry Birds on it.

The second one is hugely better. But... that doesn't really say much. It's still rather weak. And poorly balanced; it wastes a lot of money on a Core i7 that doesn't perform any better than a Core i5 in games, yet it sticks to a GTX 650 graphics card, which is... well, WAY better than the GT 610, but still quite weak. And of course it has a bad power supply too.

I don't know how expensive hardware components are in Spain, but I know for a fact that I could do better for the same price in Denmark, with 25% VAT and the highest general price levels in the EU.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm really not up to date on the best compuer parts right now. I would really appreciate it if somebdy made a computer suggestion that didn't go above the 750€ limit, or if that's asking too much, just recommend me a good graphics card. Given yours and other feedback, I think I'll just build my own PC piece by piece. Thanks again.

I don't quite know the hardware prices in Spain, but I would aim for something like this:

OEM Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (or Windows 8)
Asrock Z75 Pro3 or Asrock Z77 Pro3. Asrock B75 Pro3 if you need to go a bit cheaper.
Intel Core i5-3350P
2 x 4 GB DDR3-1600, eg. Crucial Ballistix Sport. Kingston and Corsair are good too.
Radeon HD 7850 1 GB. Brand isn't hugely important.
500 GB or 1 TB Seagate Barracuda or WD Blue.
DVD burner - LiteOn and Samsung tend to have the cheapest ones.
Corsair Carbide 200r or 300r.
XFX Core Edition 550W, Antec Basiq VP550P, or similarly rated power supply from Antec/Corsair/OCZ*/Seasonic/XFX.
*avoid CoreXStream models.

Overpriced. Like any pre-built PC you will ever see in any shop ever.

No point in having DVD these days. Just buy one used for 10$ if you really have to have one.

Utter nonsense. With the exception of overclocking, which most normal people never need to do in the first place.

Meh, I'd rather buy a new one for $15. $5 to avoid the potential hassles of used goods.
