Qazz, not everything is on paper. You fail to account for spread (I'm guessing this is COF in this game though?), recoil and damage degradation that we have.

The Carv is significantly superior at anything but <5m. Try it for yourself. The difference is huge.

edit: What's so different is that ttk is so equal over all ranges and that you can go fully automatic at anything from 1 to 50 meters and hit everything due to no recoil.

Carv might be best of high rof weapons indeed, but not something, I'd like. Have you tried it with 3.4x scope, things recoil is just absurd then.

Tried the SVA88. Seems better then the Pulsar since the first shot recoil is not "HEY YOU JUST FIRED A ROCKET" but rather manageable.

Of the LMGs I've tried (Flare, Orion, SVA88), I much prefer the 88. Good all round LMG, when used with compensator, foregrip and HV ammo. I alternate between NV and 2x reflex sights.

SVA-88 seems to be the one I do the ebst with too. Tried Orion, LSW and SVA-88 "for real". Isn't this the one with advanced forward grip? Might be mixing it up with something else. Anyway, I find its recoil more manageable than the LSW's (compensator!), and it does much better at medium range, especially with HVA, but I usually don't use that because of the extra kick it gives. The reload time is pretty bad though.

Yeah, I personally do not mind a high reload time. I never reload out of cover.

If you're caught reloading out of cover with any gun chance are you're going to die.

Would be interested to hear what scopes other gunplay ninjas with KDs in the staggering heights of 1+ tend to use. I have a feeling that I go for too much zoom on a lot of my setups...

Protorp, yes. Most of the times a reflex sight with the default 1x is sufficient. Remember to use the spotting button to mark your targets. This makes ranged shooting very plausible. I often go full auto, even at range. I've noticed that using single shot modes doesnt increase the kill rate at range. Nor does it cause a supressive effect of secondary targets that move around your primary target. If they dont think they are under attack they will open fire at once, whilst normally most people will first go for cover and fire from there. Giving you as the shooter time to reposition yourself and re-engage on your own terms(sort of).
