EDIT: Yup already changed XCOM for Aquaria. Much as I enjoyed XCOM I still remember and recommend Aquaria 5 years after release whereas I have a sneaking suspicion my memories of XCOM wont be as string.

A brief description of a false country, updated sporadically.
It's the VTMB of the 2010s. Though it probably wont ever get the same attention in terms of community patching as the stuff that's wrong with it isn't completely game breaking as was the case with VTMB and some of it's biggest deficiencies (iffy AI and fairly tedious minigames) probably aren't the easiest things to mod.
If someone could take the best of VTMB and the best of Alpha Protocol and plus it into a world as well thought out as Outcasts then they'd basically have made one of my dream games.
