Seriously, the sea can go fuck itself. It's just full of unrelenting horror and clearly isn't worth the fuss.

On the other hand, the sea also houses some of the world's most beautiful animals.

Both images were taken from http://clione.ru/gallery, which features a lot of absolutely stunning pictures of marine life and is well worth checking out.

This is one of my favorites. Nature is really neat:

"What were we talking about? Pegasuses, pegasii, that's horses with wings. This motherf*cker got a sword that talks to him. Motherf*cker live in places that don't exist, it comes with a map. My God."

    Context for the above:

Speaking of ants, Siafu are real scary, bigass ants

I'm guessing Siafu eat raid termite colonies for food.

I saw a rat in a drain, once. It's huge and I mean fucking huge.

And just when I thought rats couldn't get any bigger...

Chernobyl's apparently a pretty cool place for animals. Almost nothing's mutated and twisted up like unholy abominations except for barn swallows and the local fauna and there might also be bears running around all over the place.

Also, thanks for the link Spinoza

Nope, that'd be this little girl, named Phronima.
    pelagic-amphipod-phronima-008.jpg

"Females attack salps, using their mouth and claws to eat the animal and hollow out its gelatinous shell. She then enters the barrel and lays her eggs inside. She then propels the barrel through the water as the larvae develop, providing them with fresh food and water."

Anyway, here's the vampire squid from hell.

Proabably a lot of you know that I have an affinity for moles as I do for cats. Cute little bastards that tunnel in screw up flower gardens and the home-grown vegetables in your back yard when they found out the soil has full of worms and the like. But I've also found this little mole that just swims around sands in the desert and eats bugs as it busts out of it like Bruce from Jaws. I don't see why I couldn't post this here

Funny thing how you think OMG THEY ARE SO CREATIVE,LOOK AT THEIR IMAGINATION! Then you see exactly same thing in real life.
