What were you trying to do to get that error?
I'm trying to open any of the forums here. I can see the main page, but whenever I try to go to one of them like the PC Gaming Discussion that appears.
It had happened before when I first tried to use the forum but finally stopped. Now suddenly it's back.

Using Firefox 18.0.1 as well - no trouble here.
I'll check my extensions but not much, if anything has changed there.
This is happening to other forms that use PHP too.

maybe its your actual connection? I use firefox all the time with RPS, and I dont have any problems.

Found the culprit, it was a Greasemonkey script: "YouTube Link Cleaner".
Why this has any effect on PHP coded forums is beyond me.
