Most of the equivalent sites deal mainly in PvP builds, but this one has the full range of PvE gear.
Edit: Also applicable for WvW, since that uses PvE gear. The Invaders gear isn't listed, but you can just select "Soldier" which has the same stats.

Hey Saph, just saw this, thanks for linking. One limitation seems to be that you can't select major instead of superior runes (if I haven't missed it), which can make a difference in case of specific stats, like the +15% boon duration on two major but not superior Runes of the Sanctuary. For example, my Warrior has two superior Monks, two superior Water, and two major Sanctuary runes equiped to get the most out of boons.
