I missed out on the Outfit Meeting on Wednesday night, but it's because I got involved with some other Giraffes down at my local:

Tasty stuff! I think I ended up having more than 7 of them though...

Surprised the hangover 3 hasnt been mentioned yet. The trailer nearly redeems the whole franchise and blows it in about three seconds with a giraffe cameo.

Really tried to watch the first one but an hour in and I came to the conclusion it was utter bollox and I wasn't going to waste any more of my life on it

From an improvised 'Create an entire album in an hour' show by Beardyman. Beginnings of the TR? Hail our reptilian overlords! Explains the goggles at least, can't give the game away with their inhuman reptile eyes.

EDIT: Tried to set the time in a link, if it doesn't work, it's 9:10

Same score again... I will go hide under a stone and cry 'till my eyes disappear. If you want to say something to me send me a PM. I wont be here for a while...
I shall start a war with my school on Monday! I am a very sad giraffe and think it is so unfair that I stumbled at the finish line because of 0,5hp. The exam is so large, with 2 part like a drivers license and I failed one part...
I have done everything, the practical, the theoretical and the working. Still it wasn't enough. I don't understand WHY the school did this to anyone of us!! We were 30 ppl that failed the first exam and now almost half.
It is unfair and I can not put any good words to describe how I feel. It is a mix with anger, disappointment and sadness.

Don't pitty me. I will become angry.

    Oh Moxxi. :/

Disappointment really fucking sucks doesnt it...

Ultimately though, missing out by a few marks on a written exam reflects nothing on your clear passion for the profession, your dedication to studying it and your overall determination to actually become something worth while in life. Major fucking kudos for that right there lass!

It's natural to feel like that in the aftermath... I suggest taking a while to re-evaluate and understand where you made errors, it's the only way we get better. Try not to be too down heartened and don't let a tiny score margin put you off doing it again!!

^ I've used and had recommended to me TP-LINK routers. They don't seem too expensive and you can pick up a pretty decent model for under £50.

Ever since the first router, I've been using Netgear routers and been pretty happy with them. Currently using my third one, and the first one that I set up (8 years ago ?) at my parents' house is still working well with his crappy 802.11b wifi (top-of-the line at the time of course XD).

In general, consumer routers can be considered solved. Any non suspiciously cheap one works fine. And most of the suspiciously cheap ones run fine too.

Still rocking my WRT54G (with custom firmware of course). Then again, I only use it upstairs for my android phone so I don't see the need to upgrade it to a 802.11n model.
