I'm not sure if he can, Capt. I think he is in a different quadrant of the map not connected to us via road or rail, which means we can't share any resources with him (as far as I can tell). I've been outputting loads of spare energy for a few days now with no takers, so I figured everyone's attending to their own power.
Aye it's saying to me there's none available. Silly regions.
There still seems to be some sillyness with buy/selling things in Regions. lets PUSH to get to the 2,500,000 Million Sim challange shall we?!
