Great Scott! First Back To The Future Imagery

Great Scott! Again!

Courtesy of the PC games powerhouse that is USA Today comes the first solid details of the previously reported Telltale Back To The Future Games. It’s another seasons-worth-of-five-episodes model, apparently done in collaboration of screenwriter of the movies Bob Gale. It has the likenesses of Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd, and Lloyd doing the voice of Doc Brown. It’ll feature the DeLorean, set in Hill Valley and the time-periods included will include 1985. Note the implication. “Includes”. As in, there are others. THERE WILL BE TIME TRAVEL IN THE BACK TO THE FUTURE GAME! High fives all round!

News breaks that Telltale have signed up the licences for Jurassic Park (mildly excited) and Back To the Future (VERY EXCITED INDEED). Not much to say yet, except they’ll be out in Winter and Ste Curran spent most of the early 00s hanging around in Bath Night Clubs saying “I Like It When Biff Gets His Head Stuck In the Manure… he tries to get McFly, but McFly is too quick for him!”. I have no idea if this was a reference or not, but I still find it funny. Let’s hope that the games are better than the first Back to the Future on the Spectrum…

Here Is A Pun: Time Crysis

Lorraine, my density has bought me to you.

I remember being very pleased the time I found a Delorean mod for GTA Vice City. That lovely car, upward opening doors, very cute. It was as nothing compared to this mod for Crysis that Lewie points out to us – all that Back To The Future detail. You can time travel in it! (To the opposite time of day, but you know, it’s still time travel.) Check out the video below.
