Last Week, On Resident Evil Revelations 2…

By Alice O'Connor on September 11th, 2014.

Monster punx rule ok

Episodic gaming! Get the whole family in, crowding round the computer at 9 o’clock on a Monday night, excited to see how they’ll resolve last week’s cliffhanger. Did Wilfred…? And surely Fanny won’t…? Who swiped the Super Shotgun anyway? Oh, if only! Often it’s more like waiting for the next Only Fools And Horses Christmas Special, trying to remember if they were rich or poor last time, and who’s even still alive. Did Del Boy survive that fall through the bar? Was it all a coma dream?

Resident Evil Revelations 2 will be properly TV-episodic. Capcom have announced that they’ll release the spooky shooter in four weekly episodes in “early 2015″, which is quite novel and exciting.

Grimm Episodes Info And Trailers

By Jim Rossignol on June 14th, 2008.

Following on from the trailer released earlier this year, American McGee and online publishers GameTap have released some footage of the individual half-hour episodes that Grimm is made up of. There’s also a schedule for their release. I’m tentatively interested in this, especially with that Katamari Okami-of-evil thing it’s going on in the trailers… A series of super-short games – if they can offer interesting challenges – could also be a good thing for everyone in this time-hungry world. No word on those prices yet, however.

Check out the trailer and dates after the jump.

Use Key in Moloch?

By Kieron Gillen on April 14th, 2008.

Some manna of dyslexia-based gag around Santa would be traditional, but it's too early.

Generally speaking RPS has a somewhat tempestuous relationship with Telltale’s games. Walker specifically tends to go on a big ol’ rant whenever they come up, which probably means it’s a good thing he’s off having adventures in San Francisco and I’m posting the news that the Sam & Max Season 2 Finale “What’s New, Beelzebub?” is now available to play. There’s a twelve-or-so Peggles demo available before you splash out, and a full Season 2 set with all five episodes is available to buy if you don’t fancy this episodic thing, thankyouverymuch.
