Anno 2205 Free DLC Starts January With Wildwater Bay

Have you been taking care of dear old Mumsy, our planet Earth, and her dusty baby? In Anno 2205 [official site], that is. I mean, have you been playing Anno 2205? If so, you may heard Ian Ubisoft muttering about plans for future updates, expansions, and free DLC. What’s that, Ian? Speak up. You’re repeating yourself. Be clearer. Oh, move over.

The first of several planned free ‘DLC’ bits is Wildwater Bay, a large new planetside session, and will come in January. The paid first expansion, Tundra, is due at the end of February, and will be followed by the Orbit expansion. I’ll explain more.

Nordic Warmen: Wargame Red Dragon Free DLC Out

While I’m tackling things we possibly should/should have posted about more, hey! Let’s talk about Wargame Red Dragon [official site]! Developers Eugen Systems might be working on a new RTS, Act of Aggression, but they’re still tickling Wargame gently and whispering softly in its ear then giggling. Patches. They’re releasing more patches. Ice Ice Baby: Among The Sleep’s Free Prologue DLC

Too cold, too cold.

You can hardly step foot in the RPS Treehouse nowadays without crushing a rusk or slipping on a vomity bib. Everywhere you look: babies and their detritus. Premium Patching: Total War Rome 2 Emperor’s Edition

Still waiting for Dota 2: Lord Edition.

I lead a high-end life and have high-end tastes: penthouse suites, the finest champagne, custom cars, and Cuban cigars the size of your forearm. I demand the same from my video games. The Premium Edition, that’s the one I’ll buy with my many dollars. Gold Edition. Titanium Edition. Blood Red Edition. Deluxe Edition. Ultimate Sith Edition. Collector’s Edition, oh yes; I collect the finest.

Total War: Rome II is now up to my standards, as it’s getting an Emperor Edition. Technically it’s only a renaming of the base game to mark the launch of a big patch and a free new story campaign, but just look at that name: Emperor Edition. That belongs in my Steam display cabinet.

Dadlier Than Ever: Octodad Free DLC Coming In Dad Shorts

On the bright side, he'll never need clamps to hold wounds open.

They have a hard lot in life, Game Dads. They scarcely have time to get through the front door and step into their slippers before trouble comes calling and they need to kick in the teeth of some lout threatening their daughter/daughter figure. Poor chaps. Real dadding’s like that too, Alec tells us.

Dear old Octodad has got into a few scrapes and scraps himself, and his troubles aren’t quite over yet. Creators Young Horses are making new adventures in wonky physics for Octodad: Dadliest Catch, planning to release them this summer as free DLC. The pack’s name: Dad Shorts.
