It’s been an almost absurdly good year for adventure games, but there are still four months left on the calendar. And so along comes the Wormwood-developed Primordia, coated head-to-mechanized-toe in dystopic dust, but holding its head high thanks to a partnership with Wadjet Eye Games, which puts it alongside the likes of Resonance, Gemini Rue, Blackwell Deception, and The Shivah – among others. In short, the hand-drawn, well, everything looks gorgeous, and the concept’s not sounding too shabby either. Also, like Resonance, it features the mesmerizingly gruff tones of none other than Logan Cunningham – aka, the Bastion narrator.
