GOG’s new sale is kind of a Big Deal

GOG Big Deal Sale

Despite having hosted a range of discounts each and every week of the year so far, GOG clearly feels like it’s never enough. As of yesterday, the site launched the Big Deal Sale, offering over 200 titles with discounts of up to 90%.

Besides the on-the-nose title of the sale itself, there are a number of historically low prices on selected games involved here as well, including Little Nightmares with 40% off, Tacoma with 20% off, Obduction with 40% off, and more. Also, Her Story is 75% off and available for less than the price of a coffee, so you should probably pick that one up because it’s wonderful. “Nex Machina for £3.79 / $10.99” Brexit’s really starting to make things more affordable for you guys! Take that John Oliver!

We’re getting that £350 million a week spent on game subsidies for honest, hard working British gamers, now that it’s not being sent to the fat cat bureaucrats in Brussels

Hm,…the article says, it’s £8,19…and going by the current exchange rate, $10,99 equals £8,14.

My guess would be, you had some funds in your GOG-wallet?

    • fish99 says:

Quite the opposite. Brexit crashed the pound and the price of everything imported (i.e. everything) went up.

        Reading comprehension.

      • Vandelay says:

Bah, who needs that foreign import muck! My Sarcasm Detector was made in good old blighty and is infinitely better than the one you bought, no doubt from one of colonies.
