American Truck Simulator is my jam - possibly forever, now that it's had its landmass rescale upgrade. You can only really truly understand it by playing it yourself, but in case it helps convince you, here are just a few of the sights I saw during a 27 in-game hour drive from Arizona to California. Mostly night, because the night is where trucking really happens.
