Hello everyone,

I start this thread today to talk about the game I've been making with my team during the last months, Somnea. First, watch the small trailer we made to introduce our game :

Somnea is an online browser-based plateformer. Our main goal with this game is to offer the players the opportunity to easily play from everywhere to a complete plateformer with no more than a regular web browser.

Free to play since its release, we will deliver the first chapter of our campaign, that will last around 30 minutes, and the powerfull level editor we used to made it, also available online.

Of course, we know that creating contents is even funnier when you share it with friends. This is why every level you create is binded to an unique URL, just like a YouTube video. That means the only thing to do to share your level is to copy this link and give it to your friends. You can also embed it in your own webpage, if you have one.

Finaly, if you want to create a full campaign by yourself or with friends, you have the possibility to link a level to an other through in-game doors and thus design you own epic adventure with story telling and scenaristic choices. In addition of that, we will release a graphism editor to create your own tilesets or your personal character's skins to have a really personal and unique experience with Somnea.

If what you enjoyed what you read and want to learn more about this game, don't hesitate to take a look at our dev-blog here : http://www.indiedb.com/games/somnea/

If you have any questions or comments, just post them, we will be glad to answer them.

Thanks for your attention,
The IronHorse Factory team
