This is a sign up for a new collab mission. Am hoping to make it slightly up-scaled from the last effort. Key points below;

-Is on Takistan
-Combined arms INFANTRY FOCUS
-Sequential objectives provided by me on the night
-Dedicated support team (tactical domi style, again i will sort this out closer to the time)

This is sign up for editing roles only, if you would like to help out pop your name in here. You don't need to be highly proficient, i can deal out a tasks for a range of abilities and also give a quick tutorial to help you with your task.

What is collab?
Short for collaboration. Working together to achieve the same goal.

I am going to task volunteers with populating certain areas on the map. Then I am going to mash them all together providing a mission we will tackle during a TT. I will give out orders and objectives throughout the mission and a designated CO will take them on the way they see best.

What's this? A Swede will go into the mission editor, where a Briton will not? I'll never hear the end of it... Count me in!

Sign me up then too :)

If you need some deviously placed SPGs then hit me up, but I'd prefer to see new faces experience the joy of mission making sadism.

I can help out, pretty handy with most of the run of the mill stuff though creating my own scripts is beyond me

If this is still happening, I was thinking that an event such as this might be a good time to make a concerted effort at actually achieving what has been discussed many times - An ARMA mission recorded from as many viewpoints as possible, and then edited together to create a complete overview of the battle. We'd probably do best to each upload our viewpoints in their entirety, and then one person can download them all and do the edity bit.

I'm not completely inexperienced with editing video, but I'm sure there are people out there who could do a better job if they tried/wanted to.

Sounds interesting, although If everyone is recording at their own optimal video settings as people have different PC's, I imagine how strange it would look when transitioning between people with crisp maxed graphics, vs a blurred mess without grass and LOD at 10 meters.

You've got my bit right Bodge? Is it sufficient?

It will do, still waiting on a few people

In reference to eggs post, I would be more than happy to either help with or work alone to obtain/edit/produce the video!
