I haven't really played the smaller ones, but I imagine the the western theatre ones would be grand, as more stuff is possible there. At least to me. Much like real life I always end up getting...

Yea, PSN and Italian internet is not a good combo, unfortunately.
Same reason you need a card to set up a Netflix trial. And a Prime trial. And most trials, really. So a recurring sub can be...

So, how this works is that PS3 and 4 controllers are supported, meaning that Sony supports them with Now.
Xbone controllers and a few others are 'compatible' which means that they should work but...

Have you considered that Elite may just be really badly made?
Thing is, I work with PlayStations for a living and PS Now is pretty decent, even if not widely used. I do see more and more of it...

I am absolutely up for a game of Civil War 2.
Also have Alea Iacta Est, Wars of Napoleon, Thirty Years War, To End All Wars and a few more but have little to now idea of how to play any of those.

Since other people also seem to have AGEOD codes, I have a couple of spares for Civil War 2.
I'm also always up for a PBEM play of it.

A *lot* of people up here voted no in the first Indyref because the future regarding membership of the EU was uncertain and because by remaining part of the UK they were assured membership of EU.

I'm terribly sorry mate, but it got quite a few takers so I went by first reply. :(

I just realised I have a spare copy of Dishnored and Witcher 1 and 2 kicking about.
I think I picked them up in a sale to give away so I should do that!
Anyone want any of them? It's on Steam...

I liked the combat in Witcher 1 a lot and quite liked W2 as well.
Witcher 3 just has bad combat I think. There is no weight to it.
And don't compare it to Mordor. For all it's faults, that...

Just started playing it. Just found some Hendrick guy.
The combat is a bit shit, isn't it?
Also holy shit it's a bit self serious. :(

Speaking of ads on phones, there was a fucking Total Warhammer YouTube video or whatever that auto played.
That's fucking inexcusable and down with that sort of thing!
No, seriously, it was...
Yes, it is!
Sorry about the wait! Work is taking all of my fun time!
Now I'm feeling the pressure!
I'm looking for a cure. I've been alone for a long time and only the scattered remains of the people who...

As also a historian (yay us!) who specialised in classical Greek culture and politics I have no issues calling the Athenians and other Greeks virulent racists in a non academical discussion of their...

Karl Ove Knausgaard made bank for writing an eternally tedious book about normal stuff happening and how gods damn boring he is. :P
You're right though.
Been playing a PBEM game of Civil War 2 as the Union.
The war so far has been a mess. Everything was going to plan in 1863 and I was pushing in Mississippi and Tennessee. Suddenly I had stretched...
That's actually in interesting point about a game like Ultimate General. The LoS for arty is abysmal in that game and it's a pain and a half to micromanage it.
While it's also a bother in Scourge...
I've been playing another campaign of Civil War 2 recently via e-mail. It's one of the best games I've played and the PBEM format is perfect for me.
Is the game a looker? Not really, maybe. But...
I would hope that even the groggiest of grogs would not be opposed to tool tips. They're great.
And yes, sure, light Nappy cav and Civil War cav was sort of the same but not to the extent you claim. Try and make a grand cavalry charge in the Civil War and it'll end in tears.
I actually disagree on the Sid Meyer Gettyburg interface. I never got into the game because I just couldn't be arsed to suffer the interface. :) Though I suspect that's more of a personal blind spot...
The two playable factions are the Union and the CSA. I was just a bit glib in calling the CSA the Slavers.
England, France and Mexico are present but not as playable factions. They may intervene...
While it unfortunately is 20th century, I think Unity of Command is a splendid place to start.
Pike and Shot is also great but on a very different scale than the operational level games that have...
