I have no clue about used/refurb laptop pricing in Australia, but I will at least say that a GTX 960 is not a particularly powerful graphics card for gaming. It'll run most games fine, just don't...

Try resetting CMOS - unplug power cables from the motherboard and remove the button battery for a moment. Then try just the new memory kit (or even just one of the sticks at a time, until you can get...

I disagree. The Nazis used the term Lügenpresse, though they weren't the first... and as it turns out, not the last either. Pegida adopted it, and then Trump supporters followed suit.

Wouldn't necessarily be a lie if different methodology pushed it a few watts this way or that. I just doubt it's going to turn a 65W CPU into a 95W CPU. Maybe the 65W rated R7 1700 can rival the...

They pretty much both do the same thing, there are only slight differences. They also both lump together a lot of CPUs that actually have slightly different power consumption.
For example, the...

Watched a video where XFR was mentioned as adding like 100 MHz to the clock speed. But maybe it varies, there's certainly no solid info on the feature yet.
I'm quite interested in whether the...

Basically, nobody should be buying CPUs right now (unless they're uber-desperate because baby just vomited on their laptop and their thesis is due Friday or something).
The full reviews of Ryzen...

Now now, let's not get ahead of ourselves. As prominent international leaders advise, we should give Trump a chance.
PS: Am I the only one who thinks ethnic cleansing when hearing that slogan of...

Listening in on phone calls and reading emails is not interference. You're asserting that evidence of one thing is evidence for another thing, and that's dishonest. MAYBE the US was running...

That page only talks about gathering information, which is not interference.
That sort of activity I would consider among the most innocuous that an intelligence service ever does. Much of it...

In this day and age, it is fertile ground for sweeping generalizations. That's one of the many ongoing problems with the political process.

Uhm, what? How is that more reality-based? The Palestinians will never agree to anything short of a two-state solution, so Trump has just switched from one impossible solution to another.

I'd be interested to see a comparison with the volume of such contact for past presidential candidates, and of course the actual content of the communication matters, but this really does not look...
You should be getting faster memory, newer games scale with memory speed up to around 2800-3000.
Current AMD CPUs are kinda crap. The Ryzen chips are completely different, and shouldn't be tainted by past problems. Judge them on their own merits.

Hah, apparently he's been known for dishonesty for a while; perfectly suited for this administration. They even had a name for it in the DIA*: Flynn facts.
Sorry buddy, we've moved on to...

So the National Security Advisor has stepped down.
This presidency... What an incredible shitshow.
It's just funny that he steps down because he lied. But I guess it's only okay to lie in...

I'd like to imagine it's because Trump simply can't find that many people that want to work for him.

No that's a documentary.

It's not just Crimea they've invaded though. Lots of people have died in the Donbass region, and people are still dying.
But even putting that aside, a low casualty figure doesn't make everything...

We should have just listened better? Sorry, that's bull. When you're dealing with aggressive expansionist dictators, appeasement is rarely a good approach.
Crimea is not a trivial matter. Not for...

Putin invaded a democratic country without a just cause and annexed part of its territory in the meantime, guess you forgot that.

Refusing to put his assets in a blind trust could easily be defined as a high crime or misdemeanor. I mean technically anything might be defined as such. As Gerald Ford put it:

What war? Britain was not directly involved in the Balkan wars IIRC, so... the Crimean war? That was half a century earlier. Not really relevant to their allegiance at that point.
The scramble for...
Windows Defender is primarily an antivirus program. Malwarebytes is antimalware. These are two separate and mostly non-overlapping categories, so it's normal for only one or the other to detect a ...
