Danger Zone is a spiritual successor to Burnout 3’s Crash Mode

A couple of Criterion founders abandoned the EA owned studio back in 2014 to go their own way, forming the unenigmatically named Three Fields Entertainment. So far they’ve released the wonky Dangerous Golf and the entirely unnoticed Lethal VR. But no one wanted those. What people want from anyone with the word “Criterion” in their resume is some more Burnout. And ideally, some more Burnout 3: Takedown. This Skyrim Mod Will Take You Into The Danger Zone

According to international law, I am not allowed to post the video I made playing of myself playing this Skyrim Mod, which changes the fighting music into Danger Zone by Kenny Loggins. Now, I’ll admit there hundreds of reasons and at least three court orders that should prevent me from going anywhere near recording equipment, but I am sad that one of them is “A man in his pants enjoying a game and wants you to share it with the world.” It seems like my happiness, and the happiness others would get from it, should override petty rules and regulations, particularly when it involves Skyrim and the Top Gun soundtrack.

Of Danger And Zones: Ace Combat Now On PC

It's named after madcap, one-liner-spitting main character Ace Q. Combat, obviously.

When I grow up, I want to be an airplane. I want to soar and spin and shoot all the bad guys with my jet lasers. At the moment, unfortunately, my relative youth is the one thing (that’s it; there’s nothing else) standing between me and that dream. It’s not all bad news, though, because now I can make do with Ace Combat: Assault Horizon – Enhanced Edition on my personal computing device. Sure, that means there’ll be tiny people yammering on inside of my planes, but I’ll just ignore them. I am the sky.
