There's Also: Collapse: Devastated World

Collapse: Devastated World is, as you might well be able to guess from the name, a game about post-apocalyptic shootbangs action. It might also be a good name for a kind of real-world Jenga sim, where you go around pulling out important bits of large buildings, but that's not what this is about. Instead it's about a large man, who is armed with swords and guns, and a "mysterious" apocalypse into which he must wade, weapons akimbo, to save humanity from certain unpleasantness.

The game is being developed by Ukrainian chaps Creoteam, and will be published by UTV Ignition in 2012 (it appears to have come out several years ago in CIS countries). The trailer below is extensive, and all game footage. It shows melee action - including some interest-stirring one-on-one duels - gun action, bullet time, boss fights, and a bunch of other stuff. We don't get a lot of third-person action games on PC right now, but this one looks like it'll be making up some ground.
