My Exercise is the closest I've come to a strenuous workout in the whole of lockdown

A true workout for mind and muscles alike

I have a confession, readers. I have done naff all exercise since lockdown began back in March, and I am starting to feel its effects. It's my own fault, really. I haven't been going out for my government sanctioned walks because, you know, I might come into contact with other people, and I've been very neglectful of my in-home Ring Fit Adventure routine. I know I need to do better, but the outside just isn't all that appealing right now.

It is not a proper exercise game, I should note. All you do is semi-rhythmically tap the space bar to make the boy go up and down into the soft, plush and pliable fur of his rather nonplussed pet shiba inu. But man alive, the things that happen in this game to try and distract you from your task are intense. I think I finally know what it is to be an esports athlete.
