RPS@PAX 2022: The best cosplay we saw at the show

Elden Ring cosplayers were particularly strong this year

PAX East 2022 may be done and dusted for another year, but we've still got plenty more PAX-related goodies coming down the content pipes - and what better way to kick off our post-PAX offering than by rounding up all the best cosplay we saw down on the show floor? After all, it wouldn't be PAX, or indeed any kind of convention, without attendees showing off their incredible handiwork, so come and celebrate their sewing needle and glue gun skills by watching the video below.

Despite only coming out a couple of months ago, the Elden Ring cosplay was surprisingly strong this year, although there were equally impressive turns from a couple of Lady Dimitrescus from Resident Evil Village (including one on stilts who was properly terrifying), and... a lady cosplaying a human Intel NUC?

We also caught sight of a Fortnite banana man, a very good 2B from Nier: Automata, a very fierce-looking Henry Cavill-fied Geralt from The Witcher, and not one, but two pairs of Codys and Mays from It Takes Two.

Plus, since PAX East was a fully masked event this year, we also had the added(?) bonus of seeing exactly what all of these video game characters would look like if they, too, were living through their own respective pandemics. Eivor must have been doing some Assassin's Creed Valhalla-ing in England during some sort of plague times, right??

If you missed any of our PAX East coverage last week, you can find it all under our RPS@PAX tag.
