The real reason why we're not playing Final Fantasy VII Remake on PC yet
Not just another pretty face
It's well documented that part of the reason why Final Fantasy VII Remake took such a long time to come out on PS4 after its initial reveal back in 2015 is because its director Tetsuya Nomura was busy trying to finish his magnum opus Kingdom Hearts III - and I'm sure that's mostly true. However, a recent interview between co-director Naoko Hamaguchi and the folks at Unreal Engine reveals a slightly different take on the whole situation, and one I can't help but feel is the real reason why we're still waiting for a (surely inevitable) release on PC. It's because he just couldn't stop staring at Cloud's big dumb face.
