Fortnite doorbell challenge: Best locations, where to find the doorbells
Fortnite's third week of Season 7 involves channelling your inner prankster by ringing doorbells in two separate named locations. The snag here is that you need to survive the trip to ring that second doorbell and in some game types that's a lot tougher than others. This guide will go over the locations of where there are doorbells on the houses, and the best strategies to get over to the second location to ring a doorbell without getting killed.

With the game being the global sensation that it is, there's a lot to learn about not only getting that all-important "Victory Royale", but also the changes to the map as the seasons progress, and the challenges you can seek to complete. Head over to our Fortnite guide hub for every single thing you need to get started. Alternatively, you can head back to our Fortnite week 6 challenges guide for an overview of all the weekly challenges for this Season in Fortnite.
Ring the doorbell in two different locations in a single match.
A returning challenge of sorts, requiring you to ring two doorbells in two different locations. These can be any doorbells for any of the houses in the area, and they're fairly large square buttons next to the front door. You can't really miss them at all, and they ring a small chime when triggered. Below are the locations that are applicable for this challenge:
- Pleasant Park
- Snobby Shores
- Salty Springs
- Retail Row
- Paradise Palms
- Tomato Temple (not recommended really as there's only one house)
Surviving the trip to the second doorbell
The biggest challenge is surviving the trip from one area to another, before ringing the next doorbell. A speedy vehicle is the easy answer, so head to our Fortnite vehicles guide for more on the various vehicles in the game. Your optimal path really is probably Paradise Palms and Salty Springs, since they're not as popular as many of the other locations and they are relatively close by to each other. The other tip I have if you choose to go this route is to not pick fights with anyone unless it's absolutely necessary. The key to completing the challenge is stealth and getting to the second doorbell, not to grab kills.
If however you want to just complete the challenge and move on, play in a team-based game with respawns, so that you don't have to worry about getting killed. Of course, this is just the coward's way and you can definitely do this in other game types.
This concludes our doorbell location and strategy guide, but there's another challenge where you need to find a Battle Tier Star near some Ski Lodges. You can find out the exact location in our Ski Lodge Battle Star location guide.
