Scrolling through this vast selection of Tactical Intervention images - with dogs, explosions, and terrified comedy hostages - was giving me the weirds: sending my brain back ten years, when my job on PC Gamer was to review Counter-Strike's numerous imitators between bouts of writing about joysticks and graphics cards. How time flies. How nothing changes. It's quite a peculiar un-nostalgia.
