Video game cutscenes are single use only, tbh

Last weekend, despite the three (3) other games I am playing, I decided I would also take on Horizon Zero Dawn. The rumours of it coming to PC were enough to make me regret not finishing it when it first came out. I actually got quite far in - I'd say I ploughed at least 12 hours or so into the rich field that is snaring robotic crab monsters.

This means that I had already seen the harrowing tale of Aloy's early childhood as told in cutscenes, so when they started up again I immediately skipped them because I couldn't be arsed sitting through them again.
