Dragon Druid deck list guide - Scholomance Academy - Hearthstone (August 2020)

Your games shouldn't be Dragon on.

Your Dragon minions are the main focus of this deck, obviously. From Breath of Dreams giving you early ramp to Ysera, Unleashed offering enormous late-game value, Dragon Druid is a fantastic midrange deck to play.

This deck plays quite similarly to Spell Druid, in that you have access to a lot of cheap spells used to summon tokens in addition to your Dragon synergies.

General strategy

Dragon Druid is played similarly to our Spell Druid deck - we'll update this guide if the Dragon variant becomes super meta though!

These are the cards you’ll want to make the best possible start with Dragon Druid:

  • 1. Guardian Animals is expensive, but well worth holding on to. It'll give you a big swing turn as soon as you hit 7 mana.
  • 2. Breath of Dreams is ideal if you have a Dragon in hand. You'll be able to ramp your mana up and also draw a card as a bonus.
  • 3. Overgrowth is a brilliant card to have in your opening hand, especially if you can play it the turn after Breath of Dreams.
