Giveaway: 10,000 Mirage: Arcane Warfare beta keys

Fight with elemental birds

Mirage: Arcane Warfare [official site] is the new game from the developers of Chivalry: Medieval Warfare, trading that game's team-based sword-fighting in favour of team-based sorcery-fighting. The game launched into beta earlier this week ahead of a planned May 23rd release and we're giving away 10,000 keys to the beta below.

Expect fire spells and elemental birds. In fact, if you want a preview of the kind of spells and combat on offer, we spoke to the developers last year about the design of its magic and how they communicate what wobbly particle effect is doing what to whom in the midst of frantic multiplayer battles.

Or here's a beta trailer if you want to see it in action with your eyeballs instead of your wordballs:

That widget below will dispense your key in exchange for one of three actions: subscribing to our YouTube channel, following us on Twitter, or visiting our Facebook page. The latter will work even if you don't have a Facebook account, but you can follow us to hear first about future giveaways.

Once you've completed one of the above actions, hit 'Continue' in order to make the key appear. The keys are limited to one per user and the widget above will close automatically when all the codes are gone.

How to redeem your code

1. Download, launch Steam and create an account.

2. Once logged in, go to the 'Games' dropdown menu at the top, then click 'Activate a Product on Steam'.

3. Enter your key when prompted. Download and play!
