Assassin's Creed Odyssey Attika: how to complete the side quests

Welcome to the homeland of democracy. Athens was the centre of the world in the Ancient Greek times, though it has definitely seen better days as the Athenians are at war with the Spartans. A lot of people will need your help, so this guide will go over the main side quests for Attika and how to complete them.

For the People

Kleon is in the square where you saw him argue with Perikles. You’ll be asked to decrease Sparta’s hold on Attika by pillaging their camps, killing their Polemarchs, and burning their supplies. There is also a siege currently underway that you need to break the deadlock for the Athenians. Do what he asks and return to him for your reward. Note that this quest will not be available upon returning to Athens after finding clues about the location of Myrrine.

Escort Service

You’ll get this quest during the story quest “Follow That Boat” in Korrinth, in which it’s revealed that Kleio wants to escape Korrinth. She’ll ask that you take her to Mykonos. When you next dock in Mykonos, she’ll get off and reward you for your trouble.

A Growing Sickness

Hippokrates is now in Athens but needs helps burning the bodies. Apparently the Followers of Ares are interfering with his work. Throw the bodies indicated in the area onto the fire. You’ll then be attacked by a group of the Followers of Ares. Kill them to finish the quest. You can only do this quest as part of the Athenian plague story, after finding information about Myrrine and returning to Aspasia.

A Friend in Need…

An old friend named Heitor is in the Abandoned Farmlands with a shop. He reminisces about the old days with your hero before asking for a blade he had in the old days that was swiped by a customer. The sword is in a nearby fort’s treasure chest, so steal it and return it to him. Your hero will make Heitor fess up, admitting he sold it legally.

Heitor’s Gonna Hate

Heitor now wants a friend rescued. He's in a military camp close to your location, but when you free him, make sure that you don't also free any animals locked up next to him. Once you’ve rescued him, there is a boat by the beach to take him to. Bring him there where Heitor will be standing. Once again, Heitor's lied to you about who this is. After a bit of a squabble, one way or the other, you’ll finish this quest.

That's all the side quests for this region. Head on back to our Assassin's Creed Odyssey side quests guide for more information about another quest-line or another region's set of side quests.
